Item: as described. Thick plastic feeling material. Packing: poorly. Only in a plastic bag. For this item that is not a problem but nevertheless could be better. Delivery: in time.
Sorry this ball isn't very bite resistant for our dog. Maybe if your dog is small and not strong it is good for your dog. Our dog is a large powerful dog and this ball fell apart almost immediately.
