Fountain comes in a well packed box, every part and item in its own good quality plastic bag. 4 filters with the 5th one installed. Inner filter and motor holder is a plastic part, just as the top one, but seems of good quality.
Motor is barely heard if at all, only the sound of flowing water is audible, and it's much quieter than taking a piss.
it justifies the price, can recommend.
